I just wanted to write to thank you and the two engineers who visited my home on Saturday 5 April and 7 April.

Of course it was not very nice to find out I had to purchase a new boiler, but that aside I was very pleased with the service I received. Both the engineers arrived at the time needed and the second engineer arrived at 8.00 a.m. on Monday and assessed things very quickly which meant I was able to go to work. When I came home the boiler was installed and working and the ivy that had caused problems outside with the vent had been removed. It was important to me that I could be assured that the work was being carried out safely and both the engineers were very professional when carrying out their jobs.

The quality of the work provided by Gas Serve Direct was excellent and we considered the quality of products on offer and chosen by us to be faultless. At quotation stage, we were provided with all the necessary facts and information from the surveyor reviewing the property. What we liked about the company was the non pushy attitude in fact we were even advised to obtain alternative quotes. Our engineer was superb. We found him to be friendly and most trustworthy meaning we could leave the house during the day to let him get on with the job. The materials and tools used by the engineer were put away each night and the area being worked on was tidied up. Overall, we are very pleased with our new system and are enjoying the joys of a house being lovely and warm!
